• Products & Pricing : All jewellery pieces displayed are subject to availability. Prelisted in INR ands are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue items at any time without prior notice.
• Order Processing & Shipping Policy : Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 2-4 (within Mumbai) & 5-10 (outstation) business days, depending on your location. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999. Tracking information will be shared via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.
• Return & Refund Policy :We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, here's our return process: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Customized or sale items are not eligible for return or refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item passes quality check. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item was defective/damaged on arrival.
